Vianovo is a strategy consultancy that works at the intersection of business, policy, and politics. We advise both corporate and non-profit clients in variety of sectors including energy, healthcare, telecommunications, aerospace, technology, financial services, and global health. The firm was founded in 2005 and has offices in four cities – Austin, Dallas, Washington DC, and Mexico City.

Our Team

Our team brings diverse and deep experiences and expertise to client engagements.  We have worked with and for businesses, coalitions, governments, and - on the ultimate testing grounds - U.S. presidential campaigns and the White House.

How We Work

    Our senior leaders deliver hands-on service in every client relationship. We don’t show up at proposals and then hand off engagements to junior staff.

    We don't have all the answers and don't pretend to. Some of our best work has come from helping clients articulate and bring their own ideas to life.

    We like to make things happen, not make reports to sit on shelves. This often means speaking hard truths to senior management to break false consensus.

    We don't like consulting jargon and try to avoid it. We agree with Winston Churchill that "... short words are the best, and old words best of all."
