Intentional Storytelling: Tucker Eskew

What do Pixar and presidential politics have in common?

In the video above, Vianovo's Tucker Eskew decodes the connections between Hollywood's storytelling techniques and high-stakes White House-level communications.

"With a career that's landed me in the middle of some action and and great clients at Vianovo, and as a parent, I think I’ve got a lot of stories.

"But as a communicator – I started my career in the press office for President Reagan's reelection – I’ve learned that I have to be intentional, deliberate, to be a good storyteller. And I’ve learned that organizations really have to be intentional."

With the help of Adam Belmar and his ace production team, one of our founding partners presents this new video sharing a few of the lessons of Intentional Storytelling. Tucker talks about what a story actually is, and how we can all improve our communications - and our business results - by becoming intentional storytellers. (Kudos also to our friends at Heyman Associates for originating the video format for Intentional Storytelling.)
