AUSTIN, Texas (Jan. 24, 2023) – Vianovo, a leading strategy consultancy at the intersection of business, policy, and politics, today announced the addition of Hector Valle as a partner in the firm’s Austin office. Valle will work with Vianovo’s leadership to enhance the firm’s corporate, brand, public affairs, and communications practices.
Valle comes to Vianovo from the Texas General Land Office (GLO), where he managed all government relations and communications activities at one of the largest state agencies in the state and served on the executive team as a key advisor to Commissioner George P. Bush.

Valle led the public relations efforts for the GLO on a number of large projects during his tenure, including the Alamo Plan, Hurricane Harvey Recovery, the building of the Fort Worth Veterans nursing home, and the Texas Coastal Plan. Valle also oversaw both the marketing efforts of the Veterans Land Board and the Hurricane Harvey campaign to promote flood insurance. These campaigns combined for over twenty awards, including a Lone Star Emmy.

Previously, Valle served as an Assistant District Attorney and Special Assistant United States Attorney where he prosecuted criminal street gangs for eleven years. He earned his law degree from the University of Texas and his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University.
