- James Taylor and Mike Shannon co-lead the MESA practice.
James, who grew up in Mexico, is a long-time advisor to companies and policymakers on both sides of the border, including several Mexican cabinet members and governors.
Mike oversaw Vianovo’s groundbreaking, in-depth polls on Mexico (2013, 2012) and has advised energy companies in both the U.S and Mexico.
Other practice members include Dr. Shannon O’Neil, the Council on Foreign Relations’ leading Mexico expert, and Dr. César Martínez, who previously served as Stratfor’s Chief Analyst for Latin America). Blaine Bull and Billy Moore, two of the firm’s top U.S. energy experts, round out the team.
