Delia Benavides is a Research and Marketing Associate at Vianovo, where she manages digital media and economic research in support of the State of Texas Mexico Office (STMO). In this role, she helps position Texas as a top destination for foreign direct investment by curating strategic content, analyzing market trends, and maintaining the office’s digital presence.

Delia joined Vianovo as an intern and transitioned into a full-time role after graduation. She has been part of the team for over two years, supporting initiatives that promote Texas’s economic competitiveness and strengthen cross-border ties.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with academic experience in China and France that shaped her global perspective.

Originally from the state of Sonora, near the Arizona border, Delia brings a strong bi-cultural understanding of U.S.-Mexico economic integration. Her background informs her ability to engage international stakeholders and communicate Texas’s value proposition to global investors.
