Hector Valle is a public affairs executive with a proven track record of bringing together diverse stakeholders to solve complex issues and using effective messaging and storytelling to complete multi-million dollar projects. Prior to joining Vianovo, Hector served on the executive team and was a key advisor to Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush where he oversaw all the government relations and communications divisions at one of the largest state agencies in Texas. He was ultimately responsible for all crisis communications and solving any public relations issues. He was able to deliver creative solutions to stakeholders which included the public, media and/or elected officials.

Hector has spent over a decade working with the highest levels of government. Hector’s legal background and extensive knowledge of state and federal legislative processes provides the foundation to create win win solutions for clients.

Previously, Hector served as an Assistant District Attorney and Special Assistant United States Attorney where he prosecuted criminal street gangs for eleven years. Hector earned his law degree from the University of Texas and his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University.
