Susan Pence is a seasoned management and administration professional with a wealth of hands-on experience in developing and implementing technical business processes. She brings a strong background in accounting, training, business planning, research and analysis to identifying and applying solutions for business clients.

Susan served as controller, director of accounting, staff accountant, and customer support director for information technology, travel and software firms before joining the Vianovo team. She attended the University of Houston.
